Went to "Search", put in his name, and it gave me his Homeworld at coords 2:495:10
I went there, and looked around.
Found 4 colonies:
Colony 2:495:13
Colony 2:496:12
Colony 2:492:4
Colony 2:492:12
He is also ranked 590th presently. And not in any alliance.
Darth_Serrate is closest to him at 2:494:4
If he is so high ranked, why the request?

Actually it IS his HOMEWORLD. 
Sorry, Darth_Serrate, but yesterday I attacked one of his colonies. 2:496:12 and I managed to get almost 400k in resources.
Helped to build some more Battleships and Large Cargo.
Now I'm also in G2, so if you ever want to do an ACS attack, ask when you see me online, but I will mostly be focusing on helping my apprentice, and getting a bigger and stronger fleet.
