Fleet Crash Target

This guy is my neighbour and his fleet is a threat to the 'harmony' of the system of 1:128.
It is a pity that i alone will not be able to crash his fleet which worth more than 20 recyclers alone....
Anyone willing to solo or ACS with me against him please?
